My originally assigned pickup location was an unmanned storage unit location in the Beaver Da, AZ town. This was not suitable for dropping off at. I called the general UHaul phone number and I was thankfully redirected to the Scenic General Store in Littlefield. This worked out just fine. I don’t know why I was originally assigned the Beaver Dam location in the first place because the Scenic General store was closer to where I was coming from in Mesquite, NV. I don’t recommend the Beaver Dam location for dropoff.. no hours of operation are provided on any signage nor on their phone answering system. If you want to continue doing business with the Beaver Dam location, I would verify hours of operation and figure out a better return system. There appears to be a key drop system at the Beaver Dam Storage location that might work for trucks but even that is unclear where you should park the vehicle outside the fence… not secure at all. For my trailer, if I had left it at the Beaver Dam Location, anyone could have stolen it. Thanks for finding me the Scenic General Store location in Littlefield to return your trailer to.
