It's just a bit off the beaten path but service was excellent and the whole process was simple and stress-free.
Dennis MThis is the worse experience EVER! I was first person there when they opened. The lady made me wait while she waited on her “customers as I was not her customer”. She gave me a trailer number and told me to go find it. She would not even come help as she had “real customers” to wait on. I am 75 years old and not anywhere near strong enough to haul that tongue onto my hitch! I have never been treated do poorly and I have been renting from you for years! Thankfully a young man was listening and came out to help me. I would never go back here again! If you move me to that location, I will cancel! And to boot…the trailer was filthy, inside and out!
Karen MThe location was closed when we got there so we did a self after hours dropoff. We took pictures of the trailer and sent them via chat. We dropped off on Thursday and they called today Saturday and your system didn’t show that we had returned it. The entire process and communication were difficult and we had issues with both uhauls that we rented. Still waiting our 81 dollar discount refund since they changed the drop off location from the las vegas location to scenic general store in LITTLEFIELD at the full price which is not what I had agreed to.
