JOHN AFor a drop off location for a U-Haul truck I don't think it's accommodating that the business doesn't open until 1030 on a business day. My appointment was to drop the truck off at 9:30 and then I had to come back and when I came back. They told me they checked the truck in and that I was good to go and then several days later I received a bill that I could have taken care of right then and there that is turned into a nightmare trying to pay over the phone
John SThe staff was very friendly and helpful both picking up and returning my U-Haul trailer.
MENIECA KWe first had our U-Haul pick up at Swamp rental. We arrived 15 minutes early before 12 o’clock our pick up time and no U-Haul was registered to us. Nobody was at that location to handle anything even though the other hours said 9 to 6. That being said our new location was amazing. Charles handled everything perfect so we started off as a shitty experience with U-Haul turned out to be a great one could be happier thank you.
