The rental equipt manager, Charles, is great to work with.
KEVIN CWhen I rented the U-Haul it was Tallahassee, then was told they didn’t have any so we picked one up an hour and half away, better than the eight hours they offered first. We were told they would add miles to accommodate. With the added 160 miles we were over and got charged extra.
