Everything went well if I had any complaint at all it would be that I bought too many of the blankets and they were never opened or used but couldn't get a refund that kind of bothered me a little but other than that I will use U-Haul again I really like them I like the fact that they're very good for people that are cost conscious. I've used them a lot before and I will again in the future
