Truck was clean but previous driver left tank empty. It cost me 40$ to get it back to a quarter tank which is what I had to return it with or be charged 5$ a gallon. So before I even got to use it I was down 40$ plus to put more gas in it to actually use it. So I would recommend putting gas in it before it’s leased out again. Especially if the previous driver had to pay for gas for leaving it empty.

The trailer needs a tongue jack. It was difficult to lift the tongue to hook to my truck. I had to take a jack to support the tongue when I disconnected from my truck for the night. The tires were great, inflated properly, and the trailer pulled straight and smoothly.

Everything about my moving experience was made simpler and easier with the help of Angie at U-haul in Booneville, Ms. She was kind, patient, and efficient in all my interactions with her. I was a mess organizing this spur of the moment move. Angie was calm and so helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone that needs to move.

Yes, the owner of the drop off location was very helpful and very kind. He helped us with the chains and straps on the car so we could take our car off the tow dolly. Again, a much better experience than we had in Arizona. It would be wise for all of the U-Haul locations to allow people to return their used boxes for other people to use. The facility in Silver City does that and it was very helpful for us to be able to get some good free boxes. We also shared some of our used boxes with them for others to use. A great way to recycle boxes.
