The equipment did not originate from this location so it was on no reflection on them. They were extremely helpful with a difficult situation. The equipment was not clean nor well maintained. There was trash and sticky candy all in cab. The auto transport had questionable damage that it made me wonder if it would be safe to haul my vehicle 500 miles.

Uhaul, you were quick to take my money but dragging your feet returning my refund. I did not return your truck on Monday, I used it one day. returned it before 10 a.m. Saturday. You charge me for three days. RETURN MY REFUND! I'll NOT rent from Uhaul ever again or recommend you to others. Experience with your company on a scale of 1-10, 1 being the worst...ding, ding,ding...you get a 1.
