AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Attendant would not help me with check in process. returned my truck after 3 hours and handed keys to attendant and was assured I would receive a receipt in 1 hour. TRUCK WAS NEVER CHECKED BACK IN! 27 hours later, 4 calls to customer service, 1 visit back to the location, and my truck was finally checked back in. Avoid this location at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!
Samantha LWasn't able to scan rear driver's license from the app while trying to check in and took quite long to manually take picture. I was requested again by review agent to scan, but still didn't work.
Yash DThe personnel was on the phone and seemed bothered that I was dropping off the van. Didn't want to engage in any questions. She stated that U-Haul will send invoice and nobody was around to help. She also was rude about moving the van from the front of the store. Insisted I part it on the side near the fence and was rude.
