The cab was dirty and so was the bed. I had to clean out the bed before putting my belongings in there. As well, there was nobody from uhaul present so the gas bar attendant was surprised by me and didn't know what to do. He called someone who forwarded a link for self check in. Had I wanted a self check in I would have selected a more convenient time. As it is, I wanted to pick up near my house on Sarnia Rd near Hyde Park. I was re-directed to this location and spent $32 on a taxi to get there when I could have walked to the other location. The gas tank was below 1/4 so I needed to fill the tank. Given that I didn't know how much to put in, I returned it with about $100 gas left in the tank. Terrible experience. The steering in this truck was very loose and the small mirror on the passenger side was missing, which I didn't notice until I got on the road.

Truck was a loose steer that swayed itself on whim. Seemed to have a grind iccuranxe of perhaps brake or wheel bearing. I was fraudently charged double for the day when u haul carries a day rate of use. Will actually file complaints to help another from this. A day rate should not include late fees, this is fraud

Al PAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Attendant would not help me with check in process. returned my truck after 3 hours and handed keys to attendant and was assured I would receive a receipt in 1 hour. TRUCK WAS NEVER CHECKED BACK IN! 27 hours later, 4 calls to customer service, 1 visit back to the location, and my truck was finally checked back in. Avoid this location at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!
