Staff member on site wasn’t familiar with how to initiate uhaul pick up. Asked me to wait while they called their manager. I was at the store on time but it took 20 minutes to complete the pick up. Only after the manager activated the rental remotely, was the staff member at the store willing to give me keys. Since I was late, I only took photographs of the fuel gauge and odometer reading but I did not take time and compare it against the figures in the rental contract on my email. I later realised that the rental contract had a lower pick up odometer reading than the actual reading on the truck. I have raised a dispute and provided photographs taken at pickup and at drop off showing the actual mileage driven while the truck was under my care. I hope it is resolved quickly and extra mileage charge is removed and refunded soon.

The woman at the counter was extremely unhelpful and condescending. My experience getting and returning the truck were very negative. The truck itself was fine.

Siem GI had to make a stop into your York St location to pick up moving blankets as the nice lady at the Adelaide St location didn’t have any in stock. And I’m having trouble getting a receipt for the transaction as she said it wb provided at the drop off but we haven’t been able to get one yet (time wasted & frustrating as U-Haul customer service takes forever to answer once they put you on hold - like 25 minutes yesterday on my moving day)!!!
