Hire people that do there job. I requested a dollies and furniture moved. I had to get them myself.....I'm 72 that should have been done for.

The operator at the site first said I didn't have a reservation. Then finally said I did. The whole time he was talking on his phone to a friend or something. Took almost a half hour to get the truck. He was not very interested in my concerns.
