More employee flexibility, after asking if I could return the rental to a different location closer to where I moved to which the new drop off location agreed, when I showed up they turned me away saying that they were full. That caused an hour and a half delay in my schedule. Not impressed!

I was over charged on mileage, and gas.
ABDUL BTh vehicle I booked was to available when I went to pick it up. Incurred lots of extra moving costs
MICHAL PMy pickup location was changed, and I had to choose a new drop off location. The attendant at pickup kept asking me questions that I already had completed in the check-in process - alternate contact. Damage waiver, etc. He didn't seem to know what he was doing. He didn't know if the furniture pads were available.
