The U-Haul agent at the address 1900 Oxford St W in London, Ontario, is extremely poor. Refrain from using this location. They overcharged my credit card by 46% more than the invoice. When I called the location, I was told that the owner of U-Haul is in India and I have to wait for his return. I called at 2:55 pm on May 5, 2026. Booking over the phone took half an hour, and the agent kept asking me to hold. At the end, he told me to give my contact number, and he would call back. He did not call me back. Poor service and unreliable. I call it abusing the client's credit card information by overcharging and then failing to return it immediately.

The passenger side of the vehicle was not very clean, the charge per mile of $1.75 was outrageously high, and the brakes did not feel great. Overall, I would not recommend this location or U-haul in general given the cost of over $500. It felt very much like I got ripped off and if this is U-Haul’s practice then I won’t be a customer in the future.

GUY HMore employee flexibility, after asking if I could return the rental to a different location closer to where I moved to which the new drop off location agreed, when I showed up they turned me away saying that they were full. That caused an hour and a half delay in my schedule. Not impressed!
ILIE CI was over charged on mileage, and gas.
