Overall, my experience was acceptable, but there were several issues. I had to wait approximately 45 minutes due to delays from the previous customer. I also requested to cancel the dolly since I didn’t need it, but I was told this wasn’t possible because the booking was made online. As a result, I ended up paying for a 2-day rental that I didn’t use. Additionally, the truck’s engine light was on, and no one informed me in advance. I had to return to the counter to confirm whether it was safe to drive and paid for the gas for 3km driving back to the store. Upon returning the truck, I was charged the full amount again. I explained that I had already paid, and the staff member mentioned he would follow up with his manager. I did not receive any further communication, although I later noticed that the payment was adjusted.
