The equipment was not clean and gas level initially indicated was wrong. I addressed the concerns with the store yet I was not offered a clean vehicle or any solutions. Since I did not have enough time, I had to use the vehicle in that condition and I had to clean up someone else's dirt. It is the first time I had this experience from U haul.

The take 5 location was very good, nice and easy, very quick to get the car and deposit it back
HUSSAIN BI road 22 miles with the U-Haul truck, the atendente on take 5 confirmed the 22 miles, U-Haul charged me 31 miles. This is unacceptable. Very disappointed, I will never recommend U-Haul again.
