Took almost an hour from my arrival at the appointed time to be provided with my vehicle due to" issues with the system." When I got my receipt, I was overcharged for both gas and a refueling fee. I travelled 6 kms TOTAL, and was charged 14 litres of gas and a refueling charge even though the needle had not moved at all as online sources make clear that a 15' UHaul would only use 1.5-19. litres of fuel on a 6 kms trip. Do not book at this store.
Jason SThe U-Haul app would stop working and give error messages frequently when access the reservation. I had arranged for pick-up at a U-Haul facility in London and was planning to purchase moving supplies there. The app specified that someone from U-Haul would telephone me before 5 pm the previous day to confirm pick up details. This call did not occur. When I accessed the U-Haul app the day of pick-up, the pick-up location was a Hasty Market far from the planned pick-up location. This location did not have any moving supplies which impacted my timing and was a significant inconvenience on a day that had strict timing. Thought you should know.
Bruce LAfter filling my vehicle to the level it was at previously, I noticed that an additional charge was applied to my account. This incident raises concerns about your billing practices and the overall reliability of your services. be carful they are scammers take a pic of the tank when you dropped off
FOUAD MInterior cabin and cargo cabin were very dirty (coffee/drink spills and crumbs on the floor in the interior cabin and mud/sand/green chillies/okra in the cargo cabin)
