Customer service not good. Unable to get paper copy. And also I return truck 6:30 pm and they put time around 8pm of drop off time. Which is wrong.

Jojit ATook almost an hour from my arrival at the appointed time to be provided with my vehicle due to" issues with the system." When I got my receipt, I was overcharged for both gas and a refueling fee. I travelled 6 kms TOTAL, and was charged 14 litres of gas and a refueling charge even though the needle had not moved at all as online sources make clear that a 15' UHaul would only use 1.5-19. litres of fuel on a 6 kms trip. Do not book at this store.
