Mini Mart pick up site was a little sketchy, but the two employees were great. Very friendly and competent.

So hood, way too expensive
Albion AMy experience at this specific location was great, however only due to the fact that the store clerk was able to assist when the Uhaul website, app, and customer service phone rep couldn't resolve the many errors I was receiving when picking up the truck. This caused me to be almost an hour late in actually picking it up, which in turn made my drop-off late, and incurred an extra days worth of late fees. Thankfully the store clerk was able to correct that as well.
