The truck was not in good mechanical condition. The shifter responded poorly, it took several attempts to get it into whichever gear I was trying to select. The brakes shuddered every time I used them and the engine light came on as I was bringing it back. No complaints about the location or the rental process.

Steven IThe U-Haul agent at the address 1900 Oxford St W in London, Ontario, is extremely poor. Refrain from using this location. They overcharged my credit card by 46% more than the invoice. When I called the location, I was told that the owner of U-Haul is in India and I have to wait for his return. I called at 2:55 pm on May 5, 2026. Booking over the phone took half an hour, and the agent kept asking me to hold. At the end, he told me to give my contact number, and he would call back. He did not call me back. Poor service and unreliable. I call it abusing the client's credit card information by overcharging and then failing to return it immediately.
