There was no one working at the location, there are no posted instructions about how to attain the code to get into the lock box, the check engine light was on in the truck, and we were charged for gas even though the needle didn’t move at all, they offer add ons (blankets, dollies) but if we had needed these things there was no one to help service us

TROY SThe truck I rented was empty. No blankets, no dollies, nothing. The people who run this Uhaul are never there. I rented a truck and a dolly. There was no dolly. And Uhaul charged me twice for the non-existent dolly.
RICHARD CUpgrade the lock box lock mechanism, very clunky and worn out, hard to read and difficult to manipulate the letters to open the lock. I needed my massif glass to read the letters.
