Great service and just a really big help with everything last minute would rent again.
ALEX SThis drop off is located at a gas station and there is not a lot of parking. The door is locked so you need to talk to attendant at the window. Gentleman didn't understand I was dropping off so I spend a bit of time trying to return the truck on the app. We asked him again and he said - oh I thought you were renting. We gave him the key and off we went.
BRIAN RIf extending time, call U-haul customer service line, the 800 #. I tried calling the location where I picked up the truck and nobody answered. It was frustrating not reaching anyone. Then I called the 800 number and the rep on the phone, Tina, was fantastic! I didn't have to give her any info since she search my reservation by phone. She already had my info beforehand and extended my drop off time by 3hrs. Thank you, Tina, for the quick and courteous service!
