I setup for in person check-in at one location where truck was available. You rebooked me to a location where in person check-in was not available and location was non operational. A 10x10 shed unlocked with no desk or person managing space.. I don’t have a camera on my phone. You sent me to a new location where they wanted me to use app for check-in which I said I can’t do. They performed check in for me. this is the second time in a 6 mo you rebooked me. Why do you give the option to pick a location if you rebook anyways. Terrible business model. Inconvenience me both times. The first time you rebooked me a coupl mo ago, location was no where near my travel path and added miles I didn’t want. Not a good business, wouldn’t recommend UHaul to anyone.

After hours so didn't interact with anyone. Site was fine.
CHRISTIAN CStaff was rude. We waited 20 mins for the individual to finally help us despite the fact she was made aware we were just trying to find the truck and she got on the phone AFTER our entrance. As we waited another employee came and spoke to another customer about uhaul and how they didnt chose to do it and the customer and employee literally spoke down on uhaul and the services in our faces. Never again.

STEPHEN DI pre-ordered an appliance dolly and for some reason it was removed from my order. This meant that I had to take a 20 minute detour to stop at a different location.
