Par téléphone, mauvais service à la clientèle de l’équipe sur place. Stationnement minuscule. Impossible de remettre le camion en place au retour. La boîte pour le retour de clé n’est pas du tout comme sur la photo. On la cherché longtemps. Horrible comme endroit.

Gerry LI am very dissatisfied with the additional charge related to the fuel level. I returned the vehicle with the fuel tank at half, exactly as it was when I received it. However, I was charged a fee as if the fuel level was below half. I also have proof, including a receipt, showing that the vehicle was returned with the proper fuel level. I am very disappointed with this situation and would like this charge to be reviewed and corrected.
