When customers return a rental truck, they sometimes forget the lock code. For me, it would be very useful if the app saved this code or reminded users of it when they return the truck.

Gerry LThe invoice wasn't correct, it's written twice the location tarriff and it's a mistake on their end and I had to call U-Haul to clarify and ensure there wasn't any hidden fees.
Annie LPar téléphone, mauvais service à la clientèle de l’équipe sur place. Stationnement minuscule. Impossible de remettre le camion en place au retour. La boîte pour le retour de clé n’est pas du tout comme sur la photo. On la cherché longtemps. Horrible comme endroit.
