When I picked up my U-Haul trailer , the gentleman and lady was fantastic very friendly and nice. They hooked up my trailer and made sure everything was OK but when I went to drop it off the next day at the same location, there were two guys there they were on the phone standing outside, acting like they had no clue what they were doing or even if they belong there so I got out and told them I’m here to return my trailerThey acted like they was surprised that I’m talking to them. They told me just park it over there in the gate and leave. it they refused to help me take it off of my car the trailer is super heavy and they expected a woman and her young daughter to do it alone we had to figure it out thank God we got it without their help very disappointed in the drop off experience at this location I took pictures of it dropped off in front of the building in the gate just to prove I I dropped it off to them and on time for my own records just in case
