Truck was dirty, smelled terrible, full beer bottles in driver side door pocket, windshield was covered in bugs, and the truck was on empty. I called u-haul customer service to report these and other issues.

The door was unlocked but there was no one there. A couple who were trying to pick up a U Haul were there trying to pick up a truck but no one ever showed up and the phone went straight to voice mail. They left angry. Fortunately we were dropping off and could do so without an employee.
