When renting a auto transport your app needs to have clearer directions on what to Do. If you have to see a sales associate before you leave then the app, should have you check in then state please see an associate to complete your reservation. It was a horrible experience and very confusing with the process of picking up and dropping off. Parking lot was gravel and the building was all boarded up
