Lorain location on w 19th street made us drive a truck out of state with a check engine light on!!! And our scheduled pick up was 12noon, no one was there! We called and called and no answer! Finally at 139pm he strolls in!!! Unbelievable amount of unnecessary stress

The process was very complicated as far as being issued the rental IT took over a half hour. That being said...it was only the girl's 2nd day and I highly commend her on her service!!! She kept her composure despite all the problems we were having and handled herself very professionally!!! I thank her for her service!!

EVELYN RI went average as the mobile app pickup process was actually pretty good. However there was a problem as I ordered moving Pads and were not present in the truck when I picked up the truck. Either U-haul corporate missed it or the location missed it - or both. I would not recommend as I still got charged for moving pads I did not receive. (and had to use personal towels and blankets to complete the move)
