The only issue was the utility dollies were not in the truck and that was an inconvenience other than that the service was very good
EVELYN RI went average as the mobile app pickup process was actually pretty good. However there was a problem as I ordered moving Pads and were not present in the truck when I picked up the truck. Either U-haul corporate missed it or the location missed it - or both. I would not recommend as I still got charged for moving pads I did not receive. (and had to use personal towels and blankets to complete the move)
Edward BStaff was very helpful. Courteous. Professional.I will use again in the future.
