TWONDA TI could smell weed from 50' outside the building. I could hardly stand the smell once inside. The person taking care of the transaction was half stoned. He could hardly hook up the trailer. I double checked everything before I left. The left tail light was not operational. I asked if he was going to fix it. I was told no, it's alright. I will never go back to that location.

JACKLYN SWhen renting a auto transport your app needs to have clearer directions on what to Do. If you have to see a sales associate before you leave then the app, should have you check in then state please see an associate to complete your reservation. It was a horrible experience and very confusing with the process of picking up and dropping off. Parking lot was gravel and the building was all boarded up
