Homeless/transient people in parking lot. I felt unsafe dropping off. No help from the staff. Was told to either check it in on the app, or just leave the keys, but they do not come outside. This wasn't even where I originally booked for drop-off. I was called the same day I rented and was told it was being changed. And on top of that, they were further away! Im sooo disappointed in U-Haul!
