Better customer service. There is no drop box for the keys. The location says 24/7 but you cannot return the vehicle 24/7 if there is no Dropbox for the key. It leaves the customer wondering what to do.Latesha H.

I've been busy with work so it took me awhile to send this but let me start off by saying, the Truck was completely dirty everywhere like if it was sitting for a while. It was parked right under a tree so it had leaves and bird waste. Once I retrieved the key from the store cashier I went inside the truck and it smelled like Puke. There was still Cheeto bags, coffee cups all expired like it was there for a week if not a month, growing mold. The steering wheel, turn signals and light switches were all sticky. At this point it was too late to switch or call to request another uhal. Also, I ended up leaving the lot at 5pm and hour after my reservation because the store had the key inside and the cashier/staff still had to verify with her boss/mgr if my reservation was valid. She said to give her 5 mins but because people kept coming in to buy things from her market it became a 20 min wait and a 40 mins process to get the uhal ready to go. Once I was done cleaning the steering wheel and dashboard I was finally able to start driving towards my destination to pick up my belongings. Once I arrived to my destination and had everything ready to load, I came to only find out that the whole box/trunk area still had old things from the previous renter/user. There was lots of cloths, electronics, and towels that smelled like Urine, puke, and what seemed to be either dog or human waste. Of course at this point it was to late and I had to clean the whole truck to the best of my ability so it won't stink or dirty my items. Not only was this disgusting and time consuming. It was something I definitely did not see myself doing. But unfortunately it was my only day off from work and I just had to work around it. Because of my short time and only day off i had no choice but to suck it all up. I was desperate to get it done. This is my second time using uhal and quite frankly I'm not to sure if I will ever go back to that place or even recommend this place. Because of this I was so backed up on time that I wasn't even done loading my things into the truck before 8pm(time I had to return the truck) and now I'm expected to pay for this fee for next day use? This is absurd. I like to give uhal the benefit of doubt that maybe this was just a misfortune and or the locations lack of cleanings or passing down the information. But when I went back the next day to ask the same cashier if the trucks get inspected before every use or send a uhal representative to check she said no. That they hardly check them and that they just past it on ti the next person and base it off the pictures they've took. honestly after all this I don't think they ever check. I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed with this experience. I don't even think refunding my contract or apologizing will satisfy me. Really unprofessional uhaul truly devastating.Josue P.
Location had no Lock Box to drop off keys. Employee at store said it was ok to drop off keys with him since there was no Lock Box. I tried calling customer service to confirm it was ok to do so. It was an hour wait time to speak to someone. I dropped off keys with store employee.Samuel S.
