Outrageous scammers, thieves! Instead of 1 day they charged for 3 days, instead of 14 miles they charged 303, and even after more than 4 weeks and countless phone calls they still haven’t corrected their mistake! I rent a truck from U-Haul 2–3 times a year, and I have never had an experience like this at any other location! The fact that they did not correct the error immediately after the first call proves that this is intentional abuse. More than 4 weeks have already passed and even now they keep saying that “the manager will look into it.” Shameful!

Victor MEverything went well except I thought it was a bit rude that the young man at the counter inside would not help me out but insisted that I stand outside in 90° temperature. Waiting for the poor guy Justin who was working his behind off getting boxes and checking in vehicles and no one would give him a hand. I thought that was terrible especially when the one guy was sitting there snacking at the computer and not doing anything. I asked him if he was too good to do that and he didn't respond but that was really not cool
