The people at this place were very nice and accommodating. Nothing in the review reflects on them personally. The venue was quite strange and that there were two trucks there somewhat parked amongst a bunch of other vehicles. The truck I picked up had a low pressure on the front left tire. The purveyor filled it up with air, but it did become low pressure later. Optimally this is something that would have been addressed by U-Haul. Also, the truck had such an intense, horrible odor that if I had another option for a truck, I would’ve asked for something else. It smelled strongly of cat urine. That’s probably not what the odor was, but boy did it smell that way. The vehicle handled great and was reliable except for the above two issues.

They listed that they had a key drop off they didn’t. I had to bring the key back the next day, which was a major inconvenience. When I went to bring the key in, they explained that they don’t have a drop off box even though it says they do. That was an incredibly frustrated rental experience. I will not be renting from you again.

BENJAMIN HLocation did not have my 15ft truck available at pick up. Was not notified until I showed up that it wasn’t there. They sent me to another location which also had no 15ft in stock. Had to go back to original location and settle for 10ft truck. Truck was filthy and falling apart. Only reason I didn’t rate it worse is because the guy at the establishment was super nice and empathetic.
Rafael VOutrageous scammers, thieves! Instead of 1 day they charged for 3 days, instead of 14 miles they charged 303, and even after more than 4 weeks and countless phone calls they still haven’t corrected their mistake! I rent a truck from U-Haul 2–3 times a year, and I have never had an experience like this at any other location! The fact that they did not correct the error immediately after the first call proves that this is intentional abuse. More than 4 weeks have already passed and even now they keep saying that “the manager will look into it.” Shameful!
