We were asked to drop off the truck at this location. We didn’t realize it wasn’t a location we could drop off after its close time. The rep I talked to on the phone didn’t realize that either. We ended up looking for a key drop box for 30 min before a rep let us know we had to come back in the morning to drop off the keys when the location opened. Also getting calls from UHaul immediately after getting your truck, while you’re trying to drive it in LA traffic, about promotional deals probably isn’t the best move. Overall this experience was clunky at best.
