The van I reserved was not available and the truck they gave me had a huge hole in it. It started to sprinkle and was very concerned for my mattresses and other stuff.

How U-Haul Reviews Work2nd time I've used them. Friendly, the van was clean, and service was great!
Robin SAmazing service with Alex and his son.
Manny MAgent was friendly, accommodating and pleasant to interact with.
Lori NDoing required maintanence on the vehicles or update them to the newer ones. Also cleaning the steering wheel etc. I got charged extra 11$ for a gas even tho i have left it in the exact same level that ive picked it up. Place is good but the vehicle and the service not that much.
