Whoever was in charge that day, fire her. She’s running that location to the ground and is rude pretty much to everyone that comes in from what I noticed. She actually told me that she needs to call someone to verify that I’m the person that I say I am... yes, she asked for someone’s phone number that’s close to me and actually called them. How belittling is that? Also, the trailer I rented, all the trailers had faulty brake lights so I couldn’t leave with them. I had no choice but to upgrade to a truck and they were unwilling to price match entirely. One of the workers helped me out though and did his best, I wish I remembered his name.

I was told I had a quarter of a tank, and then upon getting in the truck saw that it was basically on empty. That's is a just a sad business model to hand a customer a truck they are renting on empty and expect them to drive straight to the gas station and put gas in your truck, and then charge them mileage for it???? Pretty ass backwards. On top of that, upon opening the back, I saw there was a dolly that I assumed came with the truck which i removed to make room for more things, only to find out I would be charged $15 dollars for removing it when I never even used it. Your employees should mention such things on the front end. Your business models are pathetic! Do better Uhaul!!!

Don't threaten to charge the client a $100 to wash the truck thereby forcing us to take the truck to a nearby car wash - not once but twice! I have never been threatened about the cleanliness of a rental return in my entire life. Not a good endorsement for U Haul.

The check in process requires that the customer service representative call a customer's friend or family member in order to verify their identity. Not only is this cumbersome, not to mention an insecure way to verify identity, but it is not included on the agreement or contract or check-in process documentation. I was there at 7am on a Saturday and had to wake up friends and family members in order to get a hold of someone. This was very inconvenient and one of the male customer service representatives was also very rude about it.
