The young man who was working the yard was excellent. Once we got away from the office staff things went well except the trailer we rented had to be cleaned before we drove off, however as I wrote the young man working the yard immediately took car of the issue once we pointed it out to him, the office staff appeared incompetent, and uncaring of their slowness. Two people standing about mid line were obviously fed up, one of them a lady of approx 50 became vocal, yelling that she had been standing there 40 minutes, I couldn't hear the entire exchange, but she finally lost her patience and walked out the door, another customer followed a minute or two later. I stood in line for just under an hour, just to get to the clerk, it was totally unacceptable, frankly I too almost walked out the door, however not being familiar with that area I didn't know where I would have to go to find a more efficient rental organization, but I guarantee I will share my experience with friends and family who live in that area, and I will strongly recommend they stay away from uhaul at 2671 Fletcher. Except for the young man iworking the yard, renting from you was a terrible experience. What can you do to improve the Fletcher facility, teach your (office) folks efficiency, along with care, concern, and respect for customers. I'm a former (retired) corporate executive from the electronics industry, we would have put out of business with employees behaving and operating in that manner.

Don't call me 12 hours before the reservation I reserved a week earlier to tell me that it's no longer available and then make me drive 40 miles out of the way to get the only truck that you do have available and change my time last minute. I originally had a truck reserved that was only 5 blocks from my house instead I had to make a 40 mile round trip to get the nearest truck.

Waited 45 minutes to get my truck and only had two hours left of my reservation. The store was insane and only one person helping. Their system was down so I couldn't check in via my phone. No one checked my gas before I left and it was below the mark they said it was. Usually a great experience with this location but I'm sure since it's the first of the month this weekend it's nuts.

I was instructed by a U-Haul customer service Rep to go to this location to rent a 20ft truck after spending over 4 hours going to 3 separate locations and doing the back and forth with both location personnel and on-line and over the phone Customer Service Reps (which neither could find out what the issue was). Come to find out it was just a balance due just over $10 from a previous rental. Why was no one able to see this when I came for my original reservation at 4:30am that morning? Then to make things even worse the location tells me they don’t have the size truck I need. At this point I took what they had because I was already hours late for the job I had to do. When I arrived at the job I had it was obvious that the truck size I had to take was not going to be large enough and I called back to customer service to complain and come to find out the location I had been sent to has and had the 20' size I needed the whole time and for whatever reason didn't give it to me. So, I was told to go return the truck to swap it out for the correct size, which I did (only to waste another hour of my time) and was charged for the incorrect rental I was swapping out plus the new rental I was picking up. I should not be charged for U-Haul's error. I believe that U-Hauls billing and reservation system is flawed and causes unnecessary and avoidable headaches, confusion and countless amounts of wasted time. Also, I feel that the communication and relationship between location personnel and the corporate Customer Service Reps is completely non-existent.

I wouldn't say that the truck was clean inside and they only had 1/4 full tanks available for me even after I asked if they at least had a 1/2 full tank. The overall experience however was good and the staff service was excellent.

Awesome Uhaul location. The staff is quick and friendly, especially Keoina, that checked me in and Ken the manager co ordinatining customers on a busy Saturday morning and Nathanael that handled my check out on Sunday morning. Great job getting me in and out. We at Ariel's flowers use this location for all our event needs. My recommendations are reserve you vehicle early to assure a truck or van and that deters from temper flare ups of rude last minute customers that think they can just walk in and get a van or truck right away and if they are all rented out, they take it out on the staff.
