The day of pick up we got a call that the u-haul we rented hadn’t been returned from another customer , had to go to another location which did not open on time , when it was time for drop off we had to call multiple numbers with no answer. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. No one goes over charges at the time of pick up .

Loren HBack door lock was fucked up. When I got where I was going I had to risk injury climbing over everything packed in the back to desperately try and open the door, which 30 minutes of fiddling with the key would not unlock. The back door key rotated freely in circles and only strangely seemed to activate an unlocking mechanism once when I first was loading. I had to open the back doors by opening the side and climbing over everything and luckily managed to open the door. The appliance dolly I paid for was a utility dolly…. Which is useless for moving a 75” flatscreen. Rent-a-cop threatened me. I was just trying to get the key from the address I was told to go to and some microscopic jerk with no municipal authority threatened me. Take care to make sure you get your Uhauls from corporate places…. Not nothing ass people with this “Share” shit. Assholes charged me like 70 dollars for 4 gallons of gas.
