Air pressure of the tire was low. It would be great if everything is double checked before renting the vehicle out to the customers.

MATTHEW BAt the time of pick-up, the lady who assisted me was attentive and polite. However, at the time of return, two men working in the garage — who appeared to be owners or managers — were extremely rude. The company sells a service, so knowing how to treat customers should be the minimum. I have used your service several times, but this was the first time I had such a terrible experience. I will continue to recommend you, but it would be important for the company to take care to train these professionals to have more professional and friendly attitudes — which is the minimum expected from a service.
