JENNIFER GI was an hour late to my appointment and the guys there said my van was not available any longer. After waiting outside in the street in skid row Los Angeles - I was trying to find a van at different location for 20-39 mins. Then the worker comes out and said he had a van after all but there was not gas. He tried to start it and it didn’t start so he had another van he brought out which worked and he gave that one to me. This man had van the whole time!
ISSA CI put in a reservation ahead of time to get a truck at 2:30. They had me waiting around till 330 almost 4 o’clock in the afternoon then I had to go to a different location to get a truck when I called the customer service they were so rude And disrespectful.
MICHAEL MCustomer Service was great! They had the van pulled up and ready to go. It was my first time doing it online myself. Perla helped this old timer out and I was well on my way. Thanks & yeah will suggest this location to my textile friends.
