Provide clean equipment and don't offer incentives without properly contacting and informing all of those involved. And stop inflating gas price and removing gas xap to burn gas to make a profit.

This drop off place did not log in when I returned the U-Haul and charged me 4 extra days that I did not have the U-Haul or dolly. This is very unprofessional I paid for the U-Haul in full on the 28th and returned it to the drop off place on the 29th at 12:00pm so there should not be no reason why I should of been charged for anything else. This is very unprofessional I need a refund for my money idk if they are doing fraud or what but I need to get refunded in full
