Truck was dusty and it had over 100,000 miles on it. It made me nervous to drive the truck from Texas to California but thankfully we had no issues. Guy who helped us was very nice

ALFREDO PI delivered the truck after hours, so I didn't do inside the store and I didn't interact with anyone, but the web page doesn't let me select "not applicable"

Eleazar MI did everything on the U-Haul app and everything was pretty easy and fast. And picking up the truck was even faster. Did even spend 10 minutes inside. And the man behind the counter was kind and had great service.
