We delivered the truck after hours so we did not come in contact with any representatives during drop off. Easy to drop off and leave key in drop box. Responded next day about mileage and final bill. Good experience.

Pickup was at 9 am didn't get the truck tell around 12 and she had double booked the truck . The windshield wipers where completely shredded and the truck was very dirty plus she ran my card 3 times since there was a glitch in the System and I got charged all three times yes the money was returned but not right away so if I had needed the money I wouldn't of had it . The only good thing about the Los Fresnos pickup was that the area manager did call and try to make this right.
