MICHAEL NSeveral problems during pickup and return. Nobody was there when I arrived shed the pickup. App was glitchy and wouldn’t accept photos of the truck. The mileage and fuel amount were both inaccurate at pickup and I was charged for nearly 400 miles that I did not drive. Employee on site was apologetic but supervisor was not willing to assist and pushed through the erroneous charges.
