Excellent courtesy and efficiency from the owner. Really a friendly and helpful person. Unfortunately there were no furniture pads at all, and no hand truck, but we were able to rent an appliance hand truck instead. This location was far better than the location I had attempted to use, earlier in the day, in Sparta, Georgia. The app didn't work there, and there was absolutely no help from anyone. The Sparta location was in front of a seedy motel.

KRYSTIN KTo have all the equipment that was ordered in the vehicle when arriving to pick up the truck… and full of Gas not 3/4 full.. and when I returned the vehicle, with the same amount of gas as when I received it 3/4 full, I am then charged for not having the truck full.. NOT GOOD GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!! I am very upset and demand a refund for the gas of $27.50 and the $12.00 for the trailer dolly that I ordered and didn’t receive it.
