Advertised as 24/7 but is not. Scheduled a 7:30am dropoff and the gates were locked with a chain -- no one to help and no one answering the phone. Had to leave the truck outside the gates.

Jeramiah RLocation needs to actually have a front desk, not a locked door that resembles more of a storage locker. Vehicles need to be properly maintained and the one received was in fairly poor condition. Owners of location do not answer the phone
