ISAAC NYour website allowed us to rent a 10’ truck from Kentucky to Dallas, but when we sent to pick it up, we were told the 10’ trucks were for local use only. It took an hour to clear it up and I had to pay extra for a 15’ truck…which I didn’t need.
Vicki ROn 10/3 I reserved truck at Crestwood location for 10/11. Day before I get call have to pick up truck in Louisville. This added additional time and miles. I called back and asked if truck could be brought to Crestwood, was told no. There were 8 days to make sure the truck I reserved was at Crestwood, obviously I picked that location for convenience but also because I had used them before, they were amazing to work with and I wanted to give them repeat business!
