This was one of the worst customer experiences with Uhaul ever. Uhaul should really be more aware of the locations and how they operate. These gas station pickups have never been good. I never get customer service and have always been treated like I was a hindrance to their day.

The person I contacted could not speak English very well. Very hard to communicate with them.

ADBEEL FThe vehicle had zero gas. The last thing one wants to do is worry about gas. You have to guess how much to put in without wasting money that goes to the next person. Plus it takes up time on the beginning of the move when everyone is waiting. They didn’t come out to look at the van in the beginning or return. So I just videotaped it all.
