Although I had booked in advance, when I arrived there was no Uhaul there at all. The manager inside was very helpful in finding me a new location to get a Uhaul, but it took time. The next location had a nice lady, but had no idea I was coming somehow, so was completely unprepared and was not in a hurry. She also didn't know how herself, and had no one to help me attach the trailer. I had driven down from Detroit and this added over 2 hours to my trip since the second location was the opposite direction of where I was picking up what I was hauling, and had to spend a bunch of time trying to figure out where to get a trailer.
