Drop off was easy and straightforward. My only issue was that I originally reserved a smaller truck, but due to availability, I was given a larger one—which cost more—and had to drive 70 minutes out of my way to a different location. This wasn’t the fault of Hays Auctions & Appraisals, but rather a U-Haul administrative issue. Am I able to receive compensation for the extra money and time that I had to spend? The representative on the phone said I should have been charged the original price, but was not.
