Only thing I can think that may need improvement would be to let the customer know of the fuel type of the truck. I’m not sure if they differ, and perhaps I should have known beforehand or at least have the wherewithal to ask/find out, but I was a bit surprised to find that the E flexfuel was necessary, as it is not available at every gas station just yet. This was, however, of no inconvenience to me personally. Just a thought :)

SCAM WARNING !!! The foreigners that run U-Haul/Boost Mobile on Brownsboro (in Crescent Hill???) are CROOKS!!! Returned truck from moving furniture with exactly the 20 miles I had been pre-charged for and with all gas replaced across the street from their office. BUT, they closed early and didn't answer the phone until today at 4:30 PM so I had to just drop off the key without an inspection.. They then added a second charge to my card for $8.50. Guess (from their reviews) they think Americans are chumps they can rip off. Had the bank stop payment and when they finally answered today (after a dozen calls in the last two days) they first claimed it was extra mileage because I went 20 miles. The exact number I had prepaid for ??? That didn't fly. Then when caught they claimed it was a fuel charge. I put $6 in for 20 miles and had a witness that the fill mark was matched. Again caught lying! Then they said they would have U-Haul issue me a credit. BS!!! I told them they didn't have to and that I blocked their payment. They were not happy. But they will be less happy after I post this online, in their reviews and forward it to the U-Haul office. I HATE THIEVES !!!!

When I picked up the truck I was told I could keep it up to 24 hours. I told the guys working that was fine and I would more than likely have it back early. Upon return the guy at the store tried to charge me an extra day fee because he had to turn away a customer. So he tried to get more money out of me because he wasn't able to get the money from the other rental. That is so unprofessional and I will NEVER be back at that location.

Showed up for a 10:00 A.M reservation and the worker showed up 15 minutes late. Did not apologize for running late, said he inspected the truck but not the day of, and I was not given 15 minutes added to my time for him being late. Upon returning the truck we had to wait on the worker showing other customers phones? We waited 15 minutes before he attended to us. I put $10 dollars worth of gas in the truck and was still charged $12 dollars. He asked if I used the dolly because the plastic was ripped off from the previous rider, I said no as he should have already known that if he would have inspected the truck. Glad I’m not coming back here.

It took me nearly 2 hours to complete the mobile pick up of my vehicle. This was due to information not provided by the location regarding paving that was taking place that day, and the refusal of Uhaul customer service to call me when I contacted them about the issue. Had I received a call when requested, my problem could have been resolved rather quickly. Instead, the agent circled with me via text chat for over an hour while I stood in a freshly paved parking lot in a dangerous area with no other vehicle. It was by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. I also submitted a formal complaint with the district manager and left a voicemail. I have still yet to receive a call from this person, or anyone at Uhaul to address my concerns.

How about washing it, getting the bugs off the windshield, and filling it with gas? You should never give a new customer a van that someone else has used and it has not been cleaned. The outside windshield, etc. was what I noticed. The inside was OK.

Is was never easy to rent I would say offer repeat customers of more than twice a year. Discounts like free dolly rental and made .59 cents a mile would be on way to improve And for first time users a reduced rate By five dollars with coupons to use on next rental Just some ideas. The cargo van had a lot of animal fur in the cab area. The driver side door made a loud popping sound when opening the door and allowed a loud whoosh of air to come through when driving on the interstate. The windshield wipers were not very effective. Other than that, it was fine. The man working in the office at Boost Mobile was wonderful!

Overhead door spring broke, had to unload truck, had to go pick up replacement truck as no roadside assistance available 3pm Saturday afternoon, then reload replacement. Total loss of 6 hours on weekend move. Never rent from UHaul again.

The location is hard to access and hard to get out of with a large truck. Parking was limited to one spot due to the number of uhaul trucks. The employee was friendly and helpful, but the physical location is not suited for large rentals.

The truck was finally ready 5 hours after the time they originally told me. I arrived at 10 am like they said, and they said it would be ready at 2:30 when I got there. It ruined my entire moving day, since I was moving an hour away and took off work, which I have very limited time off. Worst customer service I've experienced and have never regretted doing business with a company so much.
