Kurt HNo personnel - location was closed
Suzanne HThe Long Beach location is very convenient so I didn't have to drive to Wilmington as I was tired from the move and recovering from the flu. I was aware that the office closed at 6:00PM and I was going to arrive at 6:08 so I called. The employee was very helpful and professional and advised me where to park and place the key into the drop off box. She waited for me as I arrived at 6:08. The facility and office are very nice and professional in appearance. If I ever need a storage unit, this will be my place.
