I rented a truck and a transport trailer. I was told.since I rented both I would get 30% off the cost. I was charged more for.the truck got no discount for renting two equipments, the truck had no gas to start. I had to pick the truck up one place and the trailer elsewhere. Quite a distance between the two. There was syringes in thier parking lot. Was disappointed. My pick up point in your first email to me wasn't where I had to go. So I was disappointed in the whole experience. I've rented from you several times,and had no problems. This time was miserable and more costly and no discount as told of 30% for renting both. An we were transporting two cancer patients.. very disappointed. Next.time I will use other services from other rental places. We also had a hour and a half wait for the truck. At least the trailer was smoother but distance from one place to the other was ridiculous. There should be so.e kind of refund to me.
