Don't overcharge like what was tried there. Actually check-in the vehicle when the customer drops it off. I received a text 2 days after I returned the vehicle being threatened to have it reported as stolen if not returned. Always be sure to take photos and make sure you have them timestamped and geotagged.

EMILIS MStart taking pictures of the trucks outside and in before renting them trying to charge for damages. They said we made that were there for a long time you can tell they have been there for a long time they are not fresh . With that being said I’m not paying for no damages I didn’t do per my lawyer.
