My equipment was not at my location for pickup. Had to call customer service and drive 15-20 mins away to another location and stand in line for 30 minutes to get what I originally ordered. Also could not add my military discount....

The truck was not where it was supposed to be and threw our move off by an hour. We confirmed the night before it would be there and when we went to get it, no truck. U-Haul had even changed the reservation from what I selected to this location the day before. The truck they were going to rent us was supposed to be returned at 7:59 and we were supposed to be picking up at 8 AM. Seriously? The no in person pick up was tedious and the drop off location was hard to find. Uhaul has really just lost its customer service
